About
We are specialists in refurbishment, remediation and restoration works, delivered in live environments.
McNab Building Services was founded on a simple idea:
Existing properties deserve the same level of care, expertise and attention as new builds — McNab Building Services was established to deliver specialist refurbishment, remediation and restoration solutions.
Built for the complexity of existing buildings.
Refurbishment, restoration and remediation projects come with unique challenges. We thrive on working within existing buildings, navigating complex site conditions and finding practical solutions that keep projects moving, even when the environment around us doesn’t stop.
"We thrive on complex projects and live environments. These are the projects that challenge us to think differently, find practical solutions and work closely with our clients and stakeholders every step of the way. For us, it’s about understanding the unique challenges of each property, minimising disruption and breathing new life into buildings while they continue to operate.”
