At McNab Building Services, we deliver remediation works that address defects, deterioration and damage within existing buildings. - Waterproofing & Water Ingress Remediation: Identifying failed or deteriorated waterproofing systems and implementing appropriate repair or replacement solutions, as well as, identifying and resolving the source of water ingress, leaks and moisture-related building issues.
- Concrete & Structural Remediation: Repairing deteriorated, cracked or spalled concrete and addressing underlying causes to prevent further deterioration, as well as, addressing structural defects, deterioration and damage to restore the safety and integrity of existing building elements.
- Balcony, Roof & Podium Remediation: Addressing defects across balconies, podiums, terraces and associated structural and waterproofing elements, as well as, resolving defects affecting roofing, flashings, penetrations and other elements that protect the building from the elements.
