A complete renewal of the pool and podium facilities at this established Gold Coast apartment building. Delivered in five months, the refurbishment finished two months ahead of the original schedule.
Originally built in 1983, Breakers North Apartments had faced more than 40 years of exposure to the Queensland elements. A full refurbishment of the pool and podium level was needed to modernise the facilities and enhance their appeal to visitors.
Our team fully demolished the existing pool, spa and suspended podium slab, including all paving and soft and hard landscaping. The project also required construction of a new pool deck, planter boxes and surrounding balustrades for neighbouring units.
We completed the project in five months, two months ahead of the original schedule.
