Ceol Na Mara Apartments

Our team delivered the complete external refurbishment of Ceol Na Mara Apartments, an iconic nine-storey, 26-unit residential building and the only high-rise in Miami.

The scope included replacement of all external glazing, upgrades to balcony tiles and waterproofing systems, installation of a new rooftop waterproofing membrane, concrete and structural repairs, balustrade replacement and a full external repaint to restore the building’s façade.

Working within a live, tenanted environment with only one lift available, we used rope access and swing stages to carry out works with minimal disruption. Residents temporarily relocated for short, staged periods to support safe and efficient delivery.

With a strong focus on quality, safety and programme control, this refurbishment will significantly extend the building’s life and enhance its appearance within the coastal landscape.
