The pool, spa and surrounding areas required a complete overhaul and subsequently, a complete demolition of the spa and all surrounding planter boxes were undertaken, followed by an installation of a new spa. The pool undertook a structural refurbishment and a thorough aesthetic makeover, along with addressing basement issues, which were integral parts of this revitalisation initiative. The podium also undertook a thorough waterproofing process, ensuring its longevity and to protect it from the natural elements. To tackle water, rain and drainage concerns around these areas, a new stormwater system was installed. This also included

soft fall non-slip flooring and artificial tiles, creating a virtually relaxing, appealing, safe and functional space. Our transformative work has helped the client attract more bookings and has also increased the value of units owned by Focus Apartment residents, which has truly left a positive impact.
