An extensive external refurbishment to protect and refresh this Redcliffe residential development. Works covered the rooftop, balconies and façade, combining essential waterproofing with upgraded finishes.
The external refurbishment of Laguna on Sutton included demolition, cladding installation, balustrade replacement, waterproofing, parapet wall works, tiling, door and window replacement, external painting and internal works.
The rooftop and all balconies were fully re-waterproofed and re-tiled, alongside external render repairs and a complete repaint to refresh the residential development.
