A new aquatic centre featuring a 50-metre, ten-lane pool and supporting facilities for Marist College. Delivered ahead of schedule within an active school environment, the project expanded the college’s sporting capabilities.
Our third project for Marist College involved construction of a new aquatic centre, including a 50-metre, ten-lane pool designed to meet FINA requirements.
The scope included a multipurpose room, terraced seating and grandstand, shade structure, entry office, change rooms and carpark. A suspended concourse, suspended decks and below-ground plant room completed the facility.
Our expertise in concrete construction and experience working safely within live, restricted environments supported successful delivery ahead of schedule.
