About
Our team delivered the refurbishment of Number One in Hastings Street, a 24-unit luxury complex overlooking Noosa Main Beach. This top-to-bottom upgrade involved a coordinated scope of works designed to enhance the structure’s longevity, functionality and aesthetic appeal while respecting its beachfront setting.
Key works included full external painting, waterproofing, concrete repairs, corrosion control and custom metalwork. The project also included replacement of the building’s main lift and refurbishment of the inclinator, a unique feature of the complex. Several components of the inclinator system were custom-designed and manufactured specifically for this project to ensure precision and compatibility with the existing infrastructure.
Externally, significant landscaping upgrades included new retaining walls, planting schemes, lighting and irrigation systems. Through detailed planning and a strong focus on quality, we delivered this complex refurbishment in a live, high-profile environment.
