Built on the site known locally as ‘The Glad’, this development brings accommodation, hospitality and retail together in the heart of Toowoomba.

Two main street frontages and a connection to the historic Kwong Sang Walk created opportunities to maximise the building’s leasing potential and engage with the surrounding precinct.

The Annand Street frontage houses Oaks Hotel, offering 104 rooms of four-and-a-half-star accommodation and conference facilities for up to 500 people, with flexible layouts for smaller functions. Four retail spaces and a local café front Kwong Sang Walk, embracing Toowoomba’s laneway culture, while the Ruthven Street entrance accommodates The Rock tavern.

Throughout design and construction, our team worked closely with project stakeholders to coordinate and deliver each tenancy’s building requirements.
