We are delivering specialist curtain wall glazing upgrades to the two penthouse residences at Oceana On Broadbeach, addressing water ingress and enhancing the building’s long-term performance.
This technically complex project involves an intricate scaffold system suspended from the roof rather than built from the ground up, allowing safe and efficient access to the upper façade with minimal disruption to residents. A unique winching system will transport materials directly to penthouse level.
The upgrades will support the longevity of this iconic Broadbeach property and the continued comfort of its residents.
