The refurbishment included construction of a private gym, pool and BBQ area for entertaining, along with extensive internal works encompassing new floor finishes, external balcony tiling, wall finishes and custom joinery throughout.

A major highlight is the fully upgraded master suite, featuring bespoke his and hers walk-in robes and a redesigned ensuite. A new butler’s pantry fitted with premium appliances further enhances the residence.

To support construction on the 30-storey tower, a rooftop-mounted crane and fully engineered scaffold loading bay were installed to manage the complex material handling requirements. Premium finishes, including feature onyx stone with integrated backlighting, reflect the high standards of design and craftsmanship throughout.
